Both Caroline and Ellie have recently formed an attachment to their little "bunnies".

They each have one, and they sleep with it every night. Only recently, though, as it become something that they look forward to seeing at nap or bedtime and they literally dive on top of it when they get in their cribs.

They get their bunny, and the thumb immediately goes in the mouth. It is the sweetest. Yesterday, we were playing in their bedroom, and Caroline crawled over to Ellie's crib, reached in to grab a part of the bunny blanket and was just enjoying herself.

Needless to say, I could hardly even stand it. All I could think of what how glad I was that my camera was in reach to capture it.
At the same time, Ellie was standing right behind Caroline trying her hardest to look out the window.

Thanks Chris and Amy for the most wonderful gifts. We always say that Chris is Blake's inspiration. If Chris, also a football fanatic, can be the Daddy to such sweet, darling and energetic girls, then maybe Blake can follow his lead and do that too. We think of you guys all the time when we watch Caroline and Ellie dive into their cribs after their bunnies.
My mom teases that she's jealous that these bunnies were not a gift from her because they are so cute and the girls LOVE them.
